Bhikshu Aur Ganika is a 7th century Sanskrit farce by King Mahender Vikram Varman, who is also known as bodhyan. Translated in hindi by Nemichendra jain the play is set in a stylized form that draws from the ancient tradition of Sanskritik Drama. Bringing a truly Indian theatre is an experiment by LSS.<\/p>\n<p>Bhikshu Aur Ganika ia a play that not only connects us to our ancient heritage, it is still contemporary and emphasizes in the present time of erosion of human and spiritual values.
